Karen and I set up "Silverstone Sports & Remedial Massage" after qualifying as Sports & Remedial Massage Practitioners (Diploma Standard, through the NLSSM). We are full members of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage, the Sports Massage Association and the General Council for Massage therapy.

We provide either a mobile service, in and around St Albans in Hertfordshire or clients are able to visit us. We are also available to through a number of clinics, primarily, Bodybalance Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic within the Hertfordshire Sports Village at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield. In addition, we are Sports Massage Practitioners locally for the English Institute of Sport.

We are both actively involved in sport and have used our own experiences to provide a higher level of treatment and expertise. In addition to dealing with injuries caused through sport, a large proportion of our client base comes from anybody who might have a general 'injury', for instance; had a sore back or a tight hamstring, suffered whiplash, had their neck going into spasm, it could in fact be caused by any sort of activity what so ever!.
